They built our new site within a matter of days, responded to emails within a matter of hours, no matter what time of day, and did everything they could to meet our website needs. — We were originally drawn to Halothemes because of the high level of polish they offered with their 3rd party themes for BigCommerce. We ended up with the ‘Glassos’ theme, and decided to modify it a bit to make it more our own – Halothemes not only helped us modify the template that we bought, but they did it without charging more for follow up service done after the theme was installed. The only time we had to pay anything extra is if we wanted to add more of their add-ons, or were requesting a custom made code – all of which was incredibly well priced in its own right, especially for the quality and function of what you get.
