They always answered emails right away (even though the time difference) and insisted on having everything work before we pay them. We ended up with the ‘Glassos’ theme, and decided to modify it a bit to make it more our own – Halothemes not only helped us modify the template that we bought, but they did it without charging more for follow up service done after the theme was installed.
