— I chose Halothemes to redesign my website, after emailing back and forth with Simon. Simon has great communication skills, and was able to interpret the design changes I wanted to make very well. Pricing was extremely competitive for the most part, and estimates were transparent and up front. The design of the theme installed per their default settings looked great, but had a few things that didn't work well with my business.

HaloThemes was able to fix many of these issues free of charge, and other more complicated changes came at a great price. My site stands out among my industry, and among e-commerce sites in general. Super clean design, easy to navigate, and visually appealing. I have gotten plenty of compliments about the improvements over my old site design. Halothemes is highly recommended!

— We were originally drawn to Halothemes because of the high level of polish they offered with their 3rd party themes for BigCommerce. We ended up with the ‘Glassos’ theme, and decided to modify it a bit to make it more our own – Halothemes not only helped us modify the template that we bought, but they did it without charging more for follow up service done after the theme was installed. The only time we had to pay anything extra is if we wanted to add more of their add-ons, or were requesting a custom made code – all of which was incredibly well priced in its own right, especially for the quality and function of what you get.

I’m very picky when it comes to certain features and display on our site so when I fell into my usual rabbit hole of nitpickiness, Halothemes gladly followed and helped me with my little tweaks and nuances for several months. They stayed 100% professional during the whole otherwise tedious process. I feel like any other company would have told me off, but Halothemes stayed at the ready for over 30 additional custom requests – maintaining a quick turnaround, professional explanations, and cool-headed support the entire time.

The team is very capable and knowledgeable of the BigCommerce platform. All in all, the last several months of working with Halothemes has been a great experience.

They always answered emails right away (even though the time difference) and insisted on having everything work before we pay them.
