Basic Installation Service: $49

Within the service, we will:

- Install and activate the chosen template on your Shopify/ BigCommerce account

- Import the demo images provided with the template for the activated pages

- Test everything to be sure the template works as intended

As a result, within just 1 business day since you provide your hosting credentials, you will get an online store with a new template installed on it.

Note:

* The service is valid for only one website. It is a clean installation, e.g., installation from scratch.

* Project starts once you provide correct store account access details.

* We will import only the demo content from your theme's package. Manual configuration of menus, blog posts, or product collections and product import is NOT a part of this service (e.g., you will have menus and product collections already added to your account).

Is your add-ons fully compatible with BigCommerce Stencil?

Yes it is.

Do you offer free trials?

Sorry no, we don't have a trial app to let you try our add-ons on our website before purchase. Also, our add-ons are development works not a package. After your purchase, we will start installing our add-ons into your store to make store work well with your theme like our description.

What’s Single Domain License?

Single Domain License allows you to use the purchased Bigcommerce theme and/or extension on a single domain (website). All our Bigcommerce themes & templates and addons come with Single Domain License. If you would like to use the Bigcommerce themes/addons for multiple domains, you must purchase multiple licenses

Where is my add-on package I just paid for it?

Concerning installation, our Bigcommerce Add-ons/Apps are installed by our Technical Team. Simply sending the code file does not ensure its proper functionality as Add-ons are Custom Development Works, not pre-packaged solutions. Compatibility with your theme also plays a crucial role. This is why we offer Free Installation Service as part of our policy for our add-ons.

If you're unable to grant us access to your site for installation, here are three alternative options:

01: You can create a demo store and install your theme source there. Subsequently, grant us admin access with adequate permissions for installing the add-on in your demo store. We'll specify the code file we've added for your review.
02: Alternatively, you can provide us with the latest theme source for installation on our demo store. We'll integrate our add-on and allow you to confirm its functionality on the frontend before sending back the updated theme source to you.
03: If preferred, we can install our add-on into the newest Cornerstone Based theme on Bigcommerce and then share the theme source, detailing the code files we've incorporated for your review
