They always answered emails right away (even though the time difference) and insisted on having everything work before we pay them. Google chrome didn't work at first on the new cellphones like galaxy 4 and nexus 5 but they fixed it and now the website is up and running, our bounce rate dropped too. They also sent me a well written guide so that I can change all the things such as pictures and wording, I highly recommend them, they did a really good job and I was very impressed.

— We were originally drawn to Halothemes because of the high level of polish they offered with their 3rd party themes for BigCommerce. We ended up with the ‘Glassos’ theme, and decided to modify it a bit to make it more our own – Halothemes not only helped us modify the template that we bought, but they did it without charging more for follow up service done after the theme was installed. The only time we had to pay anything extra is if we wanted to add more of their add-ons, or were requesting a custom made code – all of which was incredibly well priced in its own right, especially for the quality and function of what you get.
